 We had 2 main bedroom lights not working, so he had to diagnose why that was and fix if possible. The fault was traced to some faulty wiring to a connector that was added by the contractor we hired to upgrade our bathroom. He showed me photographic evidence of the problem and also suggested making the wiring more safe by using a better connector, which we asked him to proceed with. In addition, one of our bedrooms had an old light switch to turn the main light on which he said he could also replace if we wanted to, which we agreed for him to do. All diagnosed and fixed in 1 hour
